Platinum Painting was engaged to refresh both new and heritage features in this stylish office space conversion in Surry Hills.

The project required protecting the original heritage ceiling while spray painting all newly installed elements in sleek black. Special care was taken to safeguard the existing cabling throughout.

To retain the building’s character, select walls were left in their original rustic condition and sealed with a clear brick sealant. All woodwork was restored and repainted with meticulous attention to detail.

The result is a perfect balance of old and new—honouring the building’s historical charm while adding a bold, modern edge to create a vibrant and creative workspace.
