Project summary:

Heritage listed period building located in a prominent area adjacent to Sydney harbour

In a serious state of disrepair as previous strata painting job was 30 years ago

Significant rust was removed using grinders and treated with Dulux Zincanode 402.

Paint included Dulux Durebild STE with Dulux Weathermax HBR as a final coat. 

Windows repaired using Turbo 1 Builders Bog and a huge amount of sandpaper and elbow grease. 

Cost effective full scaffold provided by Platinum Painting Company.
