Award-Winning Strata Painting Sydney

Platinum Painting was proud to receive a Master Painters Award for our work on the prestigious strata painting project at 2–12 Duntroon Avenue, St Leonards.

This large-scale project serves more than 300 residents across six buildings. It required detailed planning and close coordination with both residents and strata managers. Our team has maintained these buildings for over a decade and brought deep experience to the job.

In addition to repainting, we carried out extensive remedial repairs. This included treating concrete cancer caused by corroded steel reinforcement. We also applied chemical treatments for efflorescence removal and completed thorough joint repairs.

This award-winning result highlights our expertise in strata painting and structural restoration. The property was fully restored to peak condition—on time and with lasting impact.
