Strata Painting and Restoration in Little Bay, Randwick

Platinum Painting was engaged to repaint and restore a large strata building in Little Bay, Randwick, covering more than 1,000 sqm of surface area. Due to its coastal location, the project required maximum protection from environmental exposure and deterioration.

Our team began with a comprehensive washdown to prepare all surfaces. We then applied weather-resistant coatings to ensure long-term durability.

Access was a key challenge. We used an EWP lift and deployed our in-house rope access painting team in Sydney to safely reach difficult areas.

This project showcases our strength in large-scale strata painting and high-access work, delivering seamless results in demanding coastal conditions.
